You want to fly,
fly out of here,
but you can’t.
You’re trapped,
trapped by an invisible wall.
You know this,
you’re sitting on it’s ledge.
Beyond the wall are cars,
but what you want is the sky,
you don’t belong in here.
You belong in the sky.
Looking beyond the wall,
you see your kind,
soaring in the sky.
You call to them, they cannot hear you.
It’s all because you’re trapped
where you don’t belong.
